§1 General provisions
- We care about the trust of our users, which is why data protection is very important to us. So that you feel comfortable and safe, we strictly comply with the statutory provisions. That is why we provide you with important information about what data we collect on our websites and how we process it.
- The term "GDPR" means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC. With us, you can be sure that we fully comply with the GDPR and your data is safe.
§2 Data Administrator
- The data administrator is SOLAR-PROJECT sp. z o.o. sp. k. with its registered office in Złotniki, ul. Prosta 30. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable legal regulations, and their storage takes place on secured servers.
- Contact with the person supervising the processing of personal data in the Service Provider's organization is possible electronically at the e-mail address: biuro@solar-project.pl.
§3 Method of collecting and processing your personal data
Personal data are processed
a). in accordance with the provisions on personal data protection,
b). to the extent and for the purpose necessary to present the offer and properly implement the Services provided by the Administrator,
c). to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the person,
d). for promotional and marketing purposes.
We automatically collect IT data about your visit when you visit our website www.solar-project.pl. These include:a). adres IP,
b). operating system type,
c). browser type/type.
During your visit to the website, we do not require you to provide any personal data. You decide when you provide it to us. You can feel comfortable and safe.
If you wish to voluntarily provide us with your personal data, you can do so by e.g. telephone, e-mail or via the contact form. We will then contact you to provide you with information about our company's offer or sign you up for the newsletter. For this purpose, we need personal data such as:
a). name and surname,
b). e-mail address,
c). telephone number,
d). residential address,
e). annual electricity consumption,
f). type of building,
g). information on roof covering.
We use the above data to respond to your inquiries, if you called or wrote to us because you wanted to learn more about our offer or asked us to prepare an offer especially for you.
Based on the above data, we create marketing of our own products, if you are our customer, we process your personal data for marketing purposes within the so-called legitimate interest. On this basis, we also use remarketing tools with the help of cookies.
We send you our newsletter if you have consented to this.
§4 Data collection using cookies
When you visit our website, we automatically collect some of your personal data. This is done for us by so-called cookies (known as "cookies"). Cookies are files automatically sent to your computer or other device that you use when browsing our website.
Cookies allow us to remember and check your preferences. This allows us to ensure that you receive the content that you need and are looking for. Cookies do not interfere with your device and software in any way. You can feel safe!

You can usually delete cookies from your browser using the "delete history" option and by checking the cookies using the check box or by directly blocking the ability to download cookies in your browser.
By using our website, you agree to our use of cookies. An appropriate message is displayed automatically during your first visit. Blocking or deleting cookies may cause difficulties in using our website, e.g. some of its options will not be available to you. In addition, with their help, the website is adapted to the user's preferences and becomes fully functional, which allows us to provide the highest level of services.
Why do we need personal data collected by cookies? We use them to analyze user behavior on our website and collect demographic data about them, which allows us to adjust the appropriate content to their needs. §5 Technologies used to track actions taken by users of our site
When analyzing the effectiveness of our advertising and content activities, we track cookies using: Google Analytics, Google AdWords and YouTube. Everything is done in accordance with Google's privacy policy: https://www.google.com/intl/pl_pl/policies/technologies/cookies/. To provide the highest level of service, we also use the Conversion Pixel and Facebook Social Plugins.
Google Analytics (cookies) and YouTube – website statistics analysis
Google Analytics also uses cookies. In this way, it analyzes traffic and the way users navigate the website. Google collects data from cookies on its servers and uses them to create reports, provides services related to traffic and use of the Internet.
Using Google Analytics, the website places a tracking code on your computer, which allows us to collect data. The data is tracked under an agreement with GOOGLE Inc.
We use the data collected by Google Analytics for remarketing/retargeting, reporting on views in the Google advertising network and for analyzing demographic data and user interests. So we see the keywords, ads, ad groups and campaigns that are most effective in attracting customers, which allows us to adapt to their needs and achieve our business goals. We also use it to observe activity on the website: scrolling the page, copying its elements, the time of activity of a given user and other events. All this data is collected anonymously. This is possible thanks to the mechanism of anonymizing the user's IP number.
Your data is used only for remarketing/retargeting, statistical analysis and to fix errors in the system mechanisms of the sites. Google may transfer this data to third parties. This is done on the basis of legal regulations or when other entities process this data on behalf of Google.
You can opt out of Google Analytics advertising features. To do this, you must change your advertising settings, advertising settings in mobile applications and use all other available methods (e.g. NAI consumer opt-out function). You can also reach for an add-on for your browser that will block the operation of Google Analytics. You can find it at: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/.
We also embed video elements provided by YouTube on our website. YouTube tracks video playback, but this is done in accordance with privacy policies, which you can read more about here: https://www.facebook.com/help/cookies/.
Similarly, automatic invocation of a link, pop-up or iframe of GoldenLinde.pl or Linkedlin.com may lead to the acquisition of your personal data. This applies only to users who have a profile on the above-mentioned sites and have agreed to track their activity. The data goes to the profile visit analysis panel on these sites.
Google AdWords (cookies)
Google AdWords also uses cookies. It places cookies on the device you use to browse websites. In this way, it remembers the sites you visit. Based on the information collected, it displays personalized ads for you on the sites you browse.
We use Google services, but we do not have access to the data from cookies saved on your device. However, we can order advertisements to recipients selected by us, e.g. to all people who visited our website within 7 days.
Google may transfer this data to third parties. As in the case of Google Analytics, this is done on the basis of legal regulations or when other entities process this data on behalf of Google.
We use your data only for statistics, and we order advertisements only on the basis of aggregate criteria, e.g. to specific target groups, never to a specific user.
Facebook conversion pixel
We only receive statistical data from Facebook, without reference to specific individuals. In this way, we check the effectiveness of our ads on Facebook and Instagram, conduct market research and conduct our own statistics. What does the Facebook pixel do? It tracks visits and user behavior on the website. This allows it to target ads tailored to them (remarketing/retargeting).
We collect data from the Facebook pixel only for statistical analyses, and we only order ads based on aggregate criteria, never to a specific user.
Facebook Social Plugin
Our website may contain links to the external social network Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. Each plugin is marked with the Facebook logo (white letter F on a blue field or a thumbs up symbol; sometimes also with the additional description "Facebook social plugin"). If you want to see a list of Facebook plugins and their appearance, visit: http://developers.facebook.com/plugins.
By default, the buttons and/or plugins are inactive. Their activation requires your express consent, a visit to our site alone is not enough. You activate the button and/or plug-in by clicking on the appropriate link.

§6 Transfer of your data
Since we provide comprehensive services, your data may be transferred to other entities, which will allow us to meet your needs. Such transfer takes place only with our consent and on the basis of an appropriate agreement. We take care that your personal data is safe, so we make sure in advance that it will be properly protected and processed in accordance with the law.
We can transfer your personal data to:
- the hosting provider who hosts our website on their servers,
- the IT company that maintains a reserve backup of the website,
- Google for the purpose of archiving data in the G Suite service,
- because we use social media (e.g. Facebook and Instagram), your personal data, if you are a resident of the European Union, also reaches third countries where the aforementioned portals are registered,
- EasySolar, with the help of which we prepare an offer for you,
- GetResponse, with the help of which we carry out our marketing activities.
§7 Access to your data
Remember that you have access to your personal data at any time. We can send you a copy of your data that you have voluntarily provided to us free of charge.
We care about the comfort and safety of our Customers, so you can always learn from us:
- for what purpose your personal data is collected and processed,
- what type of data we process,
- to whom we transfer your personal data,
- how long we plan to store your personal data.
You also have the right to rectify your personal data and to limit or delete it.
You can also withdraw your consent to receive commercial information at any time. You can do this by contacting our Customer Service Office, e-mail: biuro@solar-project.pl. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in its footer. This will remove you from our mailing list.
You can also object completely to the processing of your data for marketing purposes.
§8 Final provisions
- The principles set out in the Privacy Policy are subject to Polish law.
- You have the right to complain about our handling of your personal data. You can file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
- We reserve the right to process User data after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent necessary to pursue potential claims in court or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige us to retain data.
- The Administrator has the right to share User data with entities authorized under applicable law (e.g. law enforcement agencies).
- Our Privacy Policy has been in force since 25.05.2018.
